Computafix Terms and Conditions Of Service
- No hardware repairs will be undertaken
- Fixing your computer may be a slow process. Please allow 3 hours for complete computer servicing, this time can vary depending on the condition of your computer system.
- Only IBM compatible computers with Windows 98/XP/Vista/7 Operating Systems qualify for this service
- Call-out fees are charged where applicable and a minimum one hour fee can be charged
- Services offered have been priced for the Auckland Region. Enquiry from outside the region is welcome. Call-out, travel, accommodation costs will be negotiated and agreed on as required, anywhere Computafix is not represented.
- If you can find a bona-fide service where we are represented which costs you less and provides a comparable service, we will match it.
- Cash payments only are accepted. No credit extended
- We reserve the right to refuse repair if your computer will not start due to hardware failure or any other reason beyond our control or ability to repair.
